We had an incredible stay at this wonderful resort! The thermal pools are just heavenly, and I can't get over how remarkable the spa treatments were. Each evening, we were delighted with little pastries delivered to our room, which was such a sweet touch.

We had an awesome trip with friends! Spent time relaxing in the hot springs and enjoyed nearby horseback riding. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. The meals were tasty, making dining enjoyable. Always plan to arrive early if you’re looking to maximize your experience with activities like cycling or hiking nearby. Definitely recommend!

One downside was the slow check-in process. We arrived promptly, but our room wasn't ready until well after the official check-in time. This delay can be frustrating, especially after a long journey.

Amazing room, amazing view, the clear view of the volcano added to the experience of our spacious Deluxe King Room with Volcano View, and the outdoor swimming pool's tranquility made relaxation easy.

Just a top selection for a flash stay in La Fortuna with very good value for money. The pools were incredible and provided a perfect setting for relaxation. Remember to rent a car for easier access to local spots.

Had a fantastic time! The staff were super friendly and always there to help. We loved the junior suite with stunning volcano views. The thermal pools and swim-up bar were a perfect way to relax. Just avoid dinner at the restaurant. the food was not good and overpriced compared to local options.

The Deluxe Queen Room with Volcano View offers an amazing sight of Arenal Volcano, paired with a spacious patio for lounging. The pool area stands out with its lovely layout, including secluded hot tubs and a swim-up bar that makes for a relaxing experience.

The location, while beautiful, is unfortunately not very secluded due to the proximity to the main road, leading to noticeable traffic noise at all hours. Additionally, all pools are warm, which made swimming uncomfortable, as they felt more like oversized bathtubs. The sauna aspects leaned towards steam rooms, lacking the traditional sauna experience, and a lost key card resulted in unexpected charges at checkout that felt out of place for a reputed establishment.
